Troubleshooting Tips
1. Check to make sure you're updated to the latest version.
Bugs are squashed with every update, so making sure you’re using the latest version is usually the best way to solve an issue!
From the plugin’s main admin page, make sure the “Installed Version” matches the “Latest Available Version” as shown in the screenshot below.
If an update is available:
- Click here to learn how you can update the plugin automatically.
- Click here to update the plugin manually (in cases when the auto-update isn’t officially available yet).
Requirements & Recommendations
Check to see if your site passes the “Requirements & Recommendations” test.

White screen / No errors shown
Enable Dev Mode. It can be done in Global Settings ( Check point 8 ).This option Set environment mode to development and enable error output.
