Grid Images not Showing Up

If your grid images aren't showing up in the grid, chances are the grid's "Media Source" doesn't have any selections.
To solve this, select a media source as shown in the screenshot below.

If any of your items don't have a media source assigned, such as a "Featured Image", you can assign a "Default Image" for the grid which would then be used in those situations.
