How to Hyperlink Slides and Layers
Hyperlink a slide or layer to another page in your site, an external website, or link to another slide within the slider.
For this article, hyperlinking a "Slide" means to hyperlink the entire slide (including the main background image). Hyperlinking a "Layer" means to hyperlink additional slide content such as text or a smaller image.
1. Link the entire slide
1.1 Link the entire slide to another page within your site or an external website
1. Enable Link
Options are “Enable” (add a link to the entire slide), and “Disable” (no master slide link).
2.1 Link Type: Regular
Slide Link
Add a url to one of your site’s pages or an external website.

Type in {{link}} as shown below to automatically link to original pages for special content sliders such as post-based sliders, Twitter, etc.
Link Target
Options are “Same Window” or “New Window” (i.e. new tab).
Link Sensibility
Front:
Slide’s hyperlink will be placed on top of the slide’s content layers (only a good option when additional content layers are not hyperlinked).
Back:
Slide’s hyperlink will be placed behind the slide’s content layers, allowing for additional hyperlinked content layers.
2.2 Link Type: To Slide
Link To Slide
Options are “Next Slide”, “Previous Slide” or a specific slide number.
You can also choose “Scroll Below Slider”, which will scroll the page to additional content beneath the slider when the slide is clicked.
Link Sensibility
Back:
Slide’s hyperlink will be placed behind the slide’s content layers, allowing for additional hyperlinked content layers.
Front:
Slide’s hyperlink will be placed on top of the slide’s content layers (only a good option when additional content layers are not hyperlinked).
2. Link a Layer
First, add a Layer to the slider:
2.1 Link the Layer to another page within your site or link to an external website
With the Layer selected, click the “Actions” tab, and add a “Simple Link”. Documentation Reference

Type in {{link}} as shown below to automatically link to original pages for special content sliders such as post-based sliders, Twitter, etc.
2.2 Link the Layer to another slide within the current slider
With the Layer selected, click the “Actions” tab, and add a “Jump to Slide” Action. Documentation Reference
4. Link to a specific slide within the slider from an external page
Often referred to as “deep-linking”, if you wanted to share a link to your web page with someone, and wanted a specific slide to load as soon as the person visits the page, you can use the following hyperlink format:
https://www.yoursite.com/some-page/#slide3
In the above url example, adding “#slide3” to the end of the url will load the 3rd slide from the page’s slider when the user visits your web page.
