Enable Missing Activation Area

Since version 1.1.0 some authors deactivate the activation area part of Essential Grid through their theme.

If you want to activate your copy you can do two different things to reenable the activation area of Essential Grid regardless of the theme you are using.

1. Open your wp-config.php file and add the following line in it:
   define('ESS_GRID_AS_THEME', false);

   1 2 3

   define('ESS_GRID_AS_THEME', false);

2. Change the URL to the following while visiting the Grid Overview page
   https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=essential-grid&EssentialAsTheme=false

   1 2 3

   http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=essential-grid&EssentialAsTheme=false

    

   To disable it again, you can visit the following URL:

   https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=essential-grid&EssentialAsTheme=true

   1 2 3

   http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=essential-grid&EssentialAsTheme=true
