Trouble with Importing a Template
If you aren't able to import one of the demo sliders, there are three possibilities.
1. Your website is unable to perform outbound connections.
SOLUTION:
Contact your hosting provider for help with white-listing the following urls:

2. A conflict exists with your current theme.
SOLUTION:
Temporarily switch over to the TwentySixteen theme, then import the desired templates, and then switch back to your original theme afterward.
3. The plugin was packaged with your theme, and some of the premium templates are not available.
SOLUTION:
Purchase a “Regular License” from CodeCanyon to become a “Direct Customer”.
