Configuration Legend:

1. Post Type

If you happen to have more than one “Post Type” available for your site, you can choose which slider you’d like to use for that particular Post Type.

Or, just choose “No Related Post Slider” for the “Slider” choice (#2 above) if you do not wish to display a slider for that particular post-type.  “No Related Post Slider” is the default choice, until you set it up otherwise.

2. Slider Choice

The “Specific Posts” slider you previously created.

3. Number of Posts

Choose how many posts should be pulled into the slider.  For example, if you wanted to show 4 related posts, the slider would then consist of 4 total slides.

4. Show posts based on related Categories, Tags or Format

Choose how many posts should be pulled into the slider.  For example, if you wanted to show your 4 related posts, the slider would then consist of 4 total slides.

5. Choose a secondary source

If there aren’t enough posts to fill the target “Number of Posts” (#3 above), choose what to populate the remaining items with.

6. Caching

Choose how many seconds the WordPress query should cache for (this will help to speed up your website a bit).

7. Slider Position

Choose to place the slider above or below the post’s regular content.
