Failed to open/load stream

In most cases there is a problem with the API credentials. Please take a second look and check the settings.

The other most common issue is that server hosting companies disable stream wrappers.

Especially when you find error messages like this in your logs

you should contact your server admins / hosting company to enable stream wrappers in the php.ini file.
