Special Characters not being translated in Grid item
If your special characters aren’t showing up in the grid item, you can use HTML entities. To do this, visit the following reference chart:

Then find the character you need to reference, and hover your mouse over it. Then copy the first line:
Then use this HTML entity instead of the character. So this:

would be written like this instead:
